Symptoms

On RMB v2.8.0.0.0, Incorrect Billable Charges Created when Processing Multiple Updates for Person Enrolled in Multiple Plans.

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
----------------------------
Billable charges created for Medical and Dental not consistent. Dental billable charge timeline is incorrect.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
--------------------------------
Billable charges should be consistent and correct across all memberships

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Scenario 1:
Enroll and make multiple rating attributes updates to an Employee enrolled both Medical and Dental plan prior to running the pricing batches.

Steps followed:
1. Add Employee Medical and Dental Membership, effective 05-01-2019
a. Employee Person Employee Status = ACTIVE
b. Medical Membership
i. Coverage Tier = Employee + Family
ii. 3 Membership Persons, i.e. Employee, Spouse and Child
c. Dental Membership
i. 3 Membership Persons, i.e. Employee, Spouse and Child

2. Update Employee Medical and Dental Membership, effective 07-01-2019
a. Medical Membership
i. Coverage Tier = Employee
ii. End Date Membership Person for Spouse and Child to 06-30-2019
b. Dental Membership
i. End Date Membership Person for Spouse and Child to 06-30-2019

3. Update Employee Person Employee Status, effective 07-25-2019
a. Employee Status = COBRA

4. Audit Events created

5. Run C1-REPC1, C1-REPC2, C1-FIBCR to generate billable charge/s for the Employee Medical and Dental Memberships
