Symptoms

On RMB v2.7.0.0.0, unable to create account from Person UI.

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
--------------------------------
Unable to create account from Person UI by clicking on Add Account and Start Service check box.
System is throwing error saying "The address ID does not exists for given entity type and entity ID, and address type combination".

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-------------------------------------
System should create both account and person in system.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Person Add
2. Enter all required details
3. Click on Add Account and Start Service Check box
4. Select Customer Class
5. Click on Save.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot add account via Person.
