Expandable Empty Areas Under Item List Within the Contract Overview

On : 220.127.116.11 version, Policy information
For each line of every list item in Contract Overview, there is a arrow like button that can be used to expand the line and see information related to this line.
Most of the items do not have any information related and when expanded, an empty area is shown with no data in it.
Those buttons should be hidden or deactivated when there is nothing to show in the expanded area.
When there is no information to show, the buttons should be hidden or deactivated.
Also expected to have a visual indicator in order to discriminate enabled vs disabled buttons.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Search for a policy and stay on the Contract Overview section.
2. Attempt to expand every lines you see to notice that most of them once expanded have nothing to show.
