Updating 'Shell Status' to Active Results in Error "Invalid Email Address" (Doc ID 2605289.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to reactivate a project (shell), the following alert (error) occurs.

Alert - Email Address is Invalid

 

The issue can be reproduced at will using the following steps:

  1. Access as user with permissions to re-activate a project
  2. Attempt to re-active the project
  3. Results is that the email address is not valid and therefore the project cannot be re-activated
