Team MemberWeb Does Not Generate Full Email Details When Hash (#) Symbol In Activity Name & Using IE/EDGE (Doc ID 2605385.1)

Symptoms

On : 18.8.9.0 version, P6 Application

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Team Member Web does not generate full email details when a hash symbol in activity name & using IE/EDGE

For any activities that have the hash symbol (#) in the activity name, when we click on the Mail icon in P6 Team Member Web it will cut off the email at the # symbol.
This includes both the rest of the subject and the entire body of the email.

If click on the Mail icon against other activities it will display the full activity name in the subject and all of the correct details in the body of the email.

This only happens when using Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge. If we use Chrome it handles the hash symbol correctly.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Using IE\Edge, the hash symbol should be included in the activity name when transfer to email.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login P6 Team Member
2. In My Activity page
3. Select a task with the # symbol and click the mail icon
4. Check the name of the activity in outlook

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see the # in the activity name.
