Duplicated Imported Reference Numbers (Doc ID 2605585.1)

Last updated on JULY 13, 2023

Applies to:

Oracle Life Sciences Argus Safety - Version 7.0.3 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

The same Case ID appears multiple times after case import with different Reference Types, e.g a WWID company number may appear with E2B Company Number and E2B Report Duplicate.

Argus performs as expected, the received (R3 C.1.1/R2 A.1.0.1) is populated as E2B Duplicate (R3 C.1.9.1/ R2 A.1.11.2) at import, however this is not a good behaviour since it creates duplicate values.

The import should consider the Worldwide Unique identifier / (R3 C.1.8.1, R2 A.1.10.1/A.1.10.2) before creating an E2B Duplicate value (R3 C.1.9.1/ R2 A.1.11.2) at import of ICSRs.
