Premium Schedules Lines Show 4 Decimal Places but Only Saves 2 (Doc ID 2605678.1)

Symptoms

On : 3.19.2.0.2 version, User Interface


When trying to save a premium schedule line which has 4 decimal places, OHI Policies will display as saved, but will only store 2.
All four decimal places should be saved.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Create a premium schedule and try to create a line with 4 decimal places.
