Customer Tracing on ECEDC Interface

Symptoms
It appears that Customer Tracing functionality is only enabled when using the Diameter interface to ECE, but not when using the ECEDC interface over OCOMC.
Customers are using OCOMC/PDC/ECE, but not currently using the real time Diameter interface.
However, for investigation purpose, it would be useful to have that functionality available for the batch rating interface.
