Symptoms

1. The process 'Memory-based Planner' completes with the following errors:
APP-MRP-22086: memd_fpreqs: Cannot allocate memory for new_block->block
Cause: The current routine cannot allocate memory for the specified entity.
Action: Contact your customer support representative.
APP-MRP-22075: An internal error has occurred (mrfpcd_full_peg_cp_demand, 5, 2660, )
