Unable to setup SSO SAML authentication in OFSAA (Doc ID 2606369.1)

Symptoms

On OFSAAI 8.0.7.1.0,

When user tries to update the Configuration screen with the Identity Provide URL and SAML Logout URL, the below error occurs in UI.

"Invalid request / Error while processing request"

The following error exists in the web layer SMSService.log:

Error while validating OFS_AAI_SYSCONF_url_exp value : https://IDENTITY_PROVIDER_URL | ex = ValidationFramework: Invalid input. Please conform to regex ([A-Za-z]*:\/\/)?(www\.)?(([0-9]|[1-9][0-9]|1[0-1][0-9]|12[0-7])\.([0-9]|[1-9][0-9]|1[0-9][0-9]|2[0-4][0-9]|25[0-5])\.([0-9]|[1-9][0-9]|1[0-9][0-9]|2[0-4][0-9]|25[0-5])\.([0-9]|[1-9][0-9]|1[0-9][0-9]|2[0-4][0-9]|25[0-5])|([a-zA-Z0-9]+(\.[a-zA-Z0-9]+(\.[a-zA-Z0-9]+)?)?))([^ ]*)? with a maximum length of 69

and

Please conform to regex ([A-Za-z]*:\/\/)?(www\.)?(([0-9]|[1-9][0-9]|1[0-1][0-9]|12[0-7])\.([0-9]|[1-9][0-9]|1[0-9][0-9]|2[0-4][0-9]|25[0-5])\.([0-9]|[1-9][0-9]|1[0-9][0-9]|2[0-4][0-9]|25[0-5])\.([0-9]|[1-9][0-9]|1[0-9][0-9]|2[0-4][0-9]|25[0-5])|([a-zA-Z0-9]+(\.[a-zA-Z0-9]+(\.[a-zA-Z0-9]+)?)?))([^ ]*)? with a maximum length of 62


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into OFSAAI as SYSADMN
2. Go to System Configuration
3. Set Authentication Type to "SSO Authentication (SAML) and SMS Authorization" 

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
Due to this issue, users cannot complete SAML configuration in OFSAA.
