Restoring OSM user and their perference when LDAP server is changed. (Doc ID 2606436.1)

Symptoms

When OSM is using a external LDAP sever and the LDAP is upgraded or changed to a new server.  If the OSM users are not present on that server OSM may delete the users an preferences in its database if the user in no longer present of the OSM server.

After this activity the users that authenticated via LDAP connection to the active directory using the LDAP security provider receive the following error message after logging in to the web console:

 "You are not authorized to perform search"
