LegalResidenceCountryCode Is Not Being Populated On The AsClient Record When Creating New Client (Doc ID 2606805.1)

Symptoms

In V11.1.0.12:

LegalResidenceCountryCode is not being populated on the AsClient record when creating new Client . When creating a new client on the screen, if the Country (LegalResidenceCountryCode) field is not updating by choosing a different country than the default one, the AsClient column is saved as NULL. If the field is changed by changing its value before saving, then the LegalResidenceCountryCode column is populated with the chosen value. If the Client screen is reloaded and saved again after the client is created for the first time, then the LegalResidenceCountryCode is populated correctly with the chosen value. This affects the database values creating invalid data (null LegalResidenceCountryCode) and at the same time it affects the default value for the country field in the address screen.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Configure Client to allow for more than one different value on Country field.
2. Open blank Client Screen.
3. Fill in all necessary information without touching the Country field.
4. Save.
5. Look in database to verify that LegalResidenceCountryCode is NULL.

Expected:
The LegalResidenceCountryCode column should be populated on Client creation regardless of whether the field value was updated or not.
