Symptoms
When attempting to remove Attachments for Change Order's Affected Items cannot be removed using Quick View
ERROR
Please refresh the object. The application encountered some unexpected errors
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Agile Web Client - http(s)://<FQDN>:<port>/Agile/PLMServlet
2. Create or go to a change order with an affected item
3. Open Quick View on an affected item by "hovering" over the name
4. Add an attachment to it
5. Attempt to remove the attachment
6. Error message appears on main application: "Please refresh the object. The application encountered some unexpected errors."
