Getting Web Server Did Not Respond Error On Clicking Usage Data Processing Portal Search Result. (Doc ID 2607711.1)

Symptoms

On : 2.6.0.1.0 version

Usage data processing portal and search results click working as expected when login as SYSUSER and do the actions.

There are other users in the system created for business needs, but when login with this kind of users and doing the actions getting the web server did not respond error, also HTTP:401 message dialogue box later showing the results. For the user it was added required application service(C1FLSRCH) for accessing the usage data processing portal.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login with the new user created and go to Menu -> Financial -> Usage Data Processing.
2. Search for any file.
3. After searching the file click Total count link.
