Unable To Login To RDC Onsite/TMS Lite. (Doc ID 2608031.1)

Information in this document applies to any platform.


Oracle Clinical application login and RDC Administration PROD and RDC Administration TEST mode are working fine.

Issue: Unable to open the RDC PROD/TEST URLs and TMS lite browser URL.

When launching RDC Onsite and TMS Lite URLs below error is observed in the browser:

"Error 404--Not Found"

Corresponding OPADomain logs display the error:



Just upgraded to OC/RDC 5.2.1 from OC/RDC 5.1 release.
