DSR Display Issue On EDR Details Screens (Doc ID 2608345.1)

On all version of Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (OCNCC or NCC) where the DISPLAY_SPEND_RATIO was added to the Charging Control Services (CCS)/Voucher Wallet Server (VWS) Event Data Record (EDR), there is an issue while displaying the balances in "View EDRs" screens.

For example, in the "Edit Subscriber" screen the value of balance type "Plan Data" is shown as 431627.41 (DSR is set as 9) and this is the right value:

The same value should be displayed on "View EDRs - New Balances" column with DSR applied, which means that value shown should be: 431627.41*9 = 3884646.69.
However, in the screenshot below it can be seen the wrong value of "Plan Data" = 3939072.57.

The DSR is a factor that is applied to a balance type when the balance type is used in a rating application.
