No Rows Output to FSI_O_PROCESS_CASH_FLOWS for 'Cash Flow: Duration' Transfer Pricing Method (Doc ID 2608545.1)

Symptoms

For the Transfer Pricing Method 'Cash Flow: Duration' only, no rows are output to FSI_O_PROCESS_CASH_FLOWS when you select the appropriate options under "Audit Option" in the FTP Process.

You do get rows in FSI_O_PROCESS_CASH_FLOWS for the other Cash Flow Transfer Pricing Methods.  Rows are missing for Duration only.
