When trying to view/maintain Criteria a blank/empty screen appears.
When trying to view/maintain Criteria a blank/empty screen should not appear.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Java Client
2. Go to Criteria
3. Click on criteria tab
