When the balances are getting exhausted and becoming +ve even when the credit limit is set. For Data service, system is configured to grant the NCR (Non-currency Resource) and deducting it in Charge Offering with beat of 10240. During the last leap of the usage one could see that the customer is overcharged because the quantity is rounded based on the beat but actually the customer does not have the balance.

1. Customer is granted 5690831667 bytes
2. Consumed in multiple updated 5690818560 bytes so remaining balance (5690831667 - 5690818560) is 13107 bytes.
3. In the final update the customer was granted 13107 bytes , in the termination the used_units is coming as 13107 and since the beat is 10240 the customer is charged 20480 bytes hence the NCR balance is going to +ve 7373.
