Adjustment rule with value based on dynamic logic.  Dynamic logic gets value from a time validity dynamic field using the method asOf().  The time validity dynamic field has start and end date.  The method asOf() cannot find the value when an end data exists.

Adjustment rule should get the valid value from the dynamic field.
