Goal

When retrieving a rate from a curve to calculate a transfer rate, is there a way to get a weekend effective date / rate to be defaulted to the next business day rate instead of the last business day rate?

For example: Straight Term with Fixed Rate

ORIGINATION_DATE: 12/30/2018 (Saturday)

Interest Rate Code (IRC) contains the following:

EFFECTIVE_DATEINTEREST_RATEINTEREST_RATE_TERMINTEREST_RATE_TERM_MULT
28-Dec-2018 (Friday) 2.7622 1 Y
28-Dec-2018 2.715 18 M
31-Dec-2018 (Monday) 2.77 1 Y
31-Dec-2018 2.712 18 M

You want FTP to use the Monday, Dec. 31st rates when calculating the Transfer Rate.  It currently uses the Dec. 28th rates.
