Payment Transfer Error (Payment ID % not found) When Clicking on Distribute and Freeze Button. (Doc ID 2610006.1)

Symptoms

On : 2.8.0.0.0 version

The error (Payment ID % not found) is shown when clicking on distribute and freeze button.
The single step Distribute And Freeze process no longer works but doing distribute and freeze individually is working.

ERROR

Payment ID % not found.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.Search Payment Event in Payment Event Summary and click on Transfer;
2.Input transfer reason and match type and bill ID of the bill where the payment will be transferred;
3.Click on Manual Distribution;
4.Click on Distribute and Freeze button;
5.Error is shown;
6.Click on Refresh and Distribute;
7.Click on Freeze.

Due to this issue, users cannot use the functionality of the Distribute and Freeze button.
