Unable To Trigger Warning For Fields "Nature Of Event" and "Case Classificaiton" When Missing (Doc ID 2610701.1)

Goal

An Advance Condition for a field validation to enforce the population of these fields "Case Classification"  and "Nature of Event" is not triggering for Missing values.

Ideally we will add field validation in below location:

Argus Console -> System Configuration -> Field Validation -> General Information-> Case Classification ->Condition for Warning or Condition for Mandatory Exception
