When attempting to log in to P6 Pro client after applying patch 126.96.36.199
the following error occurs.
Unable to connect to the database. Please run the Database Configuration tool or contact your administrator
Note: Launching in no cache mode allows a successful login with same database connection alias
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch Pro client
2. Log In
3. See error
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot login.
