Data Loading Status Shows "New" Even Though the Item Upload Results in the ORA-00001 Error (Doc ID 2611020.1)

Symptoms

The upload item from file, in the item template - Item_seasons sheet, non-consecutive identical lines exist for the same item/season/phase/item_season_seq/diff combination. When uploading this file into RMS the status of the loading process is New.

Expected Behavior

The Data Loading Status should be "Processed with Errors" as the table RMS_ASYNC_RETRY has the error "@0PACKAGE_ERROR@1ORA-00001: unique constraint (RMS16.UK_ITEM_SEASONS) violated@2CORESVC_ITEM.EXEC_SEASON_INS".


Steps to Reproduce
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Prepare the Item Upload input spreadsheet.
2. Make sure you have two identical but non-consecutive lines exist for the same Item/Season/Phase/Item_season_seq/Diff combination.
3. Notice that the Data Loading Status task shows the status as New.
4. However, the RMS_ASYNC_RETRY has the error "@0PACKAGE_ERROR@1ORA-00001: unique constraint (RMS16.UK_ITEM_SEASONS) violated@2CORESVC_ITEM.EXEC_SEASON_INS"
