When there is an issue with the self-hosted on-premise environment that prevents e-mail notifications from being sent to the user - can the e-mail notifications that failed to be sent to the users be deleted before the system starts to send them once the issue is resolved?
We don't want these e-mails to be sent to the users because they are old and we don't want to spam the end-user.
