Symptoms

On : 11.5 version, Documaker Workstation

While trying to connect to Documaker Desktop with some particular users, some of them are facing below error.

Customer checked the system from the admin side and noticed there is no other user on the system who currently has the AFEMNW32.EXE*32 process running.
