ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The Shift with Reserve capacity does not return any slots for Reserve capacity window

The Shift with Reserve capacity does not return any slots for slots available in Reserve capacity window. This functionality works as expected in MWM 2.2.0.3.13 but the problem exists in MWM 2.3.0.2

Test Case:
Scenario 1(MWM 2.3.0.2.0): NOT AS EXPECTED - Refer Reserve Capacity Issue1908_Scenario1.doc
Crew Shift ID XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

Planned Date/Time XX-XX-2019 08:00:00 BST - 16:00:00 BST
Reserve For Appointments
Service Class Meter Operations
Percentage 50.00
Lead Time Option Before shift start
Lead Time 1 hr

Based on the above , the shift Reserve capacity gets released on XXth August 0X:00 AM , Thus it should allow only meter operations jobs to be booked for 50% of the shift.

Problem- The shift doesn’t show availability for any jobs for reserved 50% of the shift in MWM 2.3 while this is working as expected in MWM 2.2
