Issue -
When running aggregation on the Meter Communication Tracking Aggregator measuring components, no measurements are being created.

Steps To Recreate
1.Create a device, device configuration, interval MC and Install the device on a service point using install event.
2.Create another device, device configuration, interval MC and install the device on a service point using install event.
3.Create measurements on above MCs.
4.Setup an aggregator MC type and configure above interval MC’s MC type as valid MC Types to aggregate.
5.Create an aggregator MC using the above created aggregator MC Type.
6.Click on Aggregate button which should perform aggregation and create measurements for the aggregation MC.
7.However, No measurements are created.
