Symptoms

Null Pointer Exception is encountered for Closing Usage Transactions with Sub-UTs

Usage Transactions that are deferred are stuck in CAL-DEFER status whereas online Usage Transactions that aren't held in CAL-DEFER status are not getting a record created at all because this exception is encountered.
