ORDINVUPLD Does Not Update Restart_Program_Status Correctly When SIM_IND = 'Y'

Symptoms
Process/Batch ORDINVUPLD doesn't update correctly the status in table restart_program_status table when SIM_IND is configured as 'Y' in system options.
It keeps the status as "started", however if process is 'terminated in init'.
Steps to reproduce:
- System_options should have SIM_IND = 'Y'.
- Check restart_program_status if status is 'ready for start'.
- Execute ordinvupld process (1 thread).
- when finished, check restart_program_status -> status will be "started'.
- Check batch log for process and observe 'Terminated in init - Reason: SIM_IND is Y'.
