ORA-00604 / ORA-01000 Error Occurring on Agile PLM Application Server Log (Doc ID 2613159.1)

Symptoms

Getting ORA-00604 and ORA-01000 error continuously on Agile Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Application Server log.

ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 1
ORA-01000: maximum open cursors exceeded

The issue is found with the following steps:
1. Start Agile Application Server
2. Monitor the Agile application server log. See the error.
