Unable To Change Reset Password Using Business Modeler while changing password from business modeler for user

Getting following alert
Update of the user_id table has failed

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

customer needs to update from business modeler

STEPS
-----------------------
1)Login to business modeler.
2)Change the user password.
