Symptoms

Not able to select the lifecycle phase on the save preview window after assigning the DFCO with below error

Error

Error during Save to PLM
You do not have the required privileges on some objects:

ERROR | Error processing Affected Files table row data sent in the request: Cannot add Design to Affected Files table. Its on pending Change {1} #



Steps

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. From the Save Preview window, select the row of design with pending DFCO
2. Change lifecycle phase and Save
3. Gets error
