Datasheet Activation Date Is Getting Updated In Product Family When Unrelated Event Groups Are Modified

Symptoms
The date of activation for a Datasheet was modified from Other Date to Current Date after an unrelated Event Group was modified. This Event Group used to be associated with the datasheet but was removed from the datasheet before any modifications were made to the Event Group.
This change is not recorded in the audit log.
Steps to Repeat:
- Log into Argus Safety
- Open Argus Console
- Create two Event Groups under Code Lists > Argus > Event Groups
- Heart and lung transplant V1
- Heart and lung transplant V2
- Navigate to Business Configuration > Products And Licenses
- Click on test Product Family
- Add new Datasheet (heart and lung)
- Add the Heart and lung transplant V1 Event Group to this datasheet
- Activate the datasheet with Other Date = 01-JAN-2001
- Save the changes
- Replace Heart and lung transplant V1 with Heart and lung transplant V2
- Activate the datasheet with Other Date = 01-JAN-2001
- Navigate to Code Lists > Argus > Event Groups
- Click on Heart and lung transplant V1
- Add term Pyrexia
- Change name to Heart and lung transplant V1_old
- Save changes
- Navigate to Business Configuration > Products And Licenses
- Click on test Product Family
- Click on the heart and lung datasheet
------ Observe that "Current Date" radio button is checked and the date of activation is now 30-OCT-2019
- In Argus Safety navigate to Utilities > Logs > View Audit Log
- Under Category select "Product Family"
- In Product Family Name enter the name of the test Product Family
- Click on Search
- Click on any Action Icon
- After the Audit Log Details have been presented, click on the check box under Total Number of Rows and review the audit trail
------ Observe all the changes are logged EXCEPT the change in Activation Date
