MedDRA Codes Not Decoded In Decoded View For Illness At The Time Of Vaccination (Doc ID 2613841.1)

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:

MedDRA codes are not decoded in Decoded view for 'Illness at the time of vaccination'.
User observed that LL term is correctly exported for the condition type 9 ( Illness at vaccination) for Patientmedicalhistory however it is not decoded in the decoded view.

For other condition types it is working as expected.

When the new tag "Time of Vaccination" is used the descriptive condition linked with the code is not displayed after the code number in the EVAERS output. For example, in the screen shot when Fever (code 10016558) is identified with "disease / surgical procedure / etc. then it is displayed in the EVAERS output as follows: 10016558 (Fever). However, when the same code is linked with "Time of Vaccination" only the code would be displayed in the output. This happened with both Fever and Influenza. It appears that when "Time of Vaccination" is used, the descriptive name of the condition fails to be displayed.

Error Codes: NA

REPLICATION STEPS:

1) Select 'Illness at vaccination' from condition type and encode any event.

2) Generate EVAERS Report, verify that the LLT terms is exported correctly in illness at the time of vaccination however the Decoded value is not available.



This occurs consistently since Argus 8, with all users.
