Customer To Account Mapping Is Not Flowing Into Kdd_case_cust_acct Table For Both KYC & AML Cases (Doc ID 2614035.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Customer to Account mapping is not flowing into kdd_case_cust_acct table for both KYC & AML cases

Customer to Account mapping data is not flowing into kdd_case_cust_acct table for both KYC and AML cases.

Navigation: Search cases >> click on Case Id hyperlink >> Case Summary Page >> Customer Tab >> Select a customer.

Account mapped for the selected customer is not getting displayed under "Customer Account" grid whereas in the Account tab, its listing all the accounts.
When we analyzed and found that there is not task in the ECM batch (for both KYC & AML event processing) to load the data into
kdd_case_cust_acct table.
Please let us know which mapping needs to be mapped to the ECM batch / run to fix this issue.
