Unable to login to OFSAA application after integrating OFSAA with Azure active directory for SAML authentication (Doc ID 2614782.1)

Symptoms

On : 8.0.7 version, Administration_OFSS

After successfully integrating OFSAA with Azure AD SAML, customer was unable to login due to below error on UI.

ERROR

Invalid Request/Error while processing request

Error in Catalina.out: Not a valid date format

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Try to login to application after integrating OFSAA with Azure AD SAML
