Applies to:

Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control - Version 5.0.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

On Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (OCNCC) version 5.0.2, the Diameter Control Agent (DCA) is a Service Logic Execution Environment (SLEE) interface used to handle Diameter messages.

The DCA interface by default, sends in every Credit Control Answer (CCA) message, Attribute Value Pair (AVPs) 427 (Credit-Control-Failure-Handling) and 55 (Event-Timestamp).

This can causes the message to be rejected, if not requests in the Credit Control Request (CCR) message.
