Incorrect Stock Count Date in BI Publisher (Doc ID 2615206.1)

Symptoms

The "Missing stock count result report"from BI Publisher presents the stock count date as stock count date from Retail Merchandising System (RMS) -->"Manage Stock Counts" minus one day.
The stock count date should be the same in both screens.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to the "Manage Stock Counts" screen FROM RMS.
2. Press search and make a note of the stock count dates.
3. Go to the "Missing stock count result report" in BI Publisher and confirm that the dates do not match with the previous screen.
