Last updated on NOVEMBER 29, 2019

Applies to:

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA)
Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications Infrastructure (OFSAAI)

Symptoms

In OFSAAI 8.0.6.x, when creating a new Data Quality (DQ) Rule, after selecting the "Table", the default Identifier Columns are in the wrong order.

You expect the default Identifier Columns to match the order existing in the unique index but instead they are listed in alphabetical order.

For example, for Stage Term Deposit Contracts, the unique index is as follows:

select * from all_ind_columns where table_name = 'STG_TD_CONTRACTS'
order by column_position;

The order is:

V_CONTRACT_CODE
FIC_MIS_DATE
N_LOAD_RUN_ID
V_GAAP_CODE

When you create a new Data Quality rule, the columns are listed incorrectly as follows:

FIC_MIS_DATE
N_LOAD_RUN_ID
V_CONTRACT_CODE
V_GAAP_CODE

As a result, you have to re-order the columns manually.
