Symptoms
On : 12.4 version, Docupresentment version 2.7
IDS thread (IDS-7) in this example will keep restarting.

2019.02.19 04:33:43.007 ERROR [IDS-1-QueueMainenanceTimer]: Initialization value=!
2019.02.19 04:32:38.743 INFO [SimpleSocketServer-42041]: Caught java.net.SocketException closing conneciton.
STEPS

The issue cannot be reproduced at will. Happens randomly.
When it occurs, IDS will recycle every 2 minutes

Due to this issue, if a transaction is being processed when this happens, it will be kicked out.
