Symptoms

Chinese Characters in Item description are randomly truncated and displayed on Store Inventory Management(SIM), Handheld Terminal (HHT).

Steps To Reproduce:

  1. Create an Item in Retail Merchandising System (RMS) with Chinese description containing about 25 characters.
  2. Log into SIM HHT Item Lookup.
  3. Notice only few characters are displayed.
