On ORMB v22.214.171.124.0, Unable to update Policy adhoc characteristic using Healthcare Inbound message/Customer Registration.
Error encountered whenever an inbound message is submitted to update an existing adhoc characteristic on the Policy.
The element /CM-HCInboundMessage/customerStructureMessage/customerStructureData/personData/policyData/characteristics/characteristicsList has no such node named adhocCharacteristicValue of type field.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. On the Policy, create an adhoc characteristic.
2. Use the inbound message to update the value of the adhoc characteristic.
