'ORA-01403: No Data Found' Error In Different TMS Forms While Clicking The 'Edit Field' Button (Doc ID 2615748.1)

Symptoms

In:
TMS - Omission Management - Classify VT Omissions
TMS - VTA/VTI Maintenance- Reclassify Verbatim Terms
TMS - Repository Maintenance - Maintain Repository Data
TMS - Repository - Browse Repository Data

when having at least 1000 records, the 'Edit field' button is not able to gather data from this record and while expanding a term and clicking on the 'Edit field' button below error is displayed:

'ORA-01403: no data found'



Pressing 'Ctrl+E' key combination allows to expand the term with no issues.
