Problems in representing DST dates in the 360 degree overlay zones.
While viewing graphs of the Overlay Zones on the 360 degree page of a measuring component for the month of November, there are representational problems that are observed while displaying DST dates on these graph's X-axis.
Steps to Recreate:
-------------------------
1. Take a measuring component and visit its 360 degree page.
2. In any of the zones(like Time of Use overlay, Final Values Overlay, Initial Measurement Overlay, etc.), feed the following start and end date:
Start Date: 11-01-2018
End Date: 11-15-2018
3. Observe the graph X-Axis for the DST dates displayed.
