Symptoms

CFA date fields are not disabled even after setting enabled_ind flag to 'N' at the time of setup after applying <Patch 29758284> - RMS_16.0.2_CUMULATIVE_HF_MAY_2019_2Bug 29758284 - RMS_16.0.2_CUMULATIVE_HF_MAY_2019_2 Bug 29758284 - RMS_16.0.2_CUMULATIVE_HF_MAY_2019_2 Bug 29758284 - RMS_16.0.2_CUMULATIVE_HF_MAY_2019_2 Bug 29758284 - RMS_16.0.2_CUMULATIVE_HF_MAY_2019_2 

Steps to reproduce:

1) Setup CFA(Custom Flex Attributes) with Item as entity . Create date fields with enabled_ind set to N.
2) Go to Item Screen> Other attributes. Note that the date fields are not disabled.
