Why Has Dosage Unit Code List Unit Name Been Changed From '%' To Percent (Doc ID 2616613.1)

Upgraded from Argus 7.X to 8.X and noticed that short unit descriptions/symbols in the Dosage Unit Code List now only include long form Unit Names.

For example the '%' symbol, has been eliminated in favor of only having the long form unit name, i.e. 'percent'.
