The online HELP does not work with clustering

There are 2 managed servers, nmsNode1  and nmsNode2 in the Weblogic Cluster.  Users of the application go through a proxy server that directs the request to one of the managed servers.  NMS itself works without issue, but the NMS online HELP is not working.

The NMS application tries to open the following URL for online help which fails.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Set up NMS in a clustered WLS system
Bring up the application and select the Help for any of the tools
Note that this fails because of an incorrect URL
