Repeated Calls to "smsReport" Can Cause NMS to Lock Up (Doc ID 2617581.1)

Symptoms

On : 2.3.0.2.0 version, Web Workspace

The customer uses a script (scheduled to run every five minutes) that calls "smsReport" to get the status of the various services.

This eventually caused the system to lockup.
